This is going to be my first week back at the gym, and I’m just going for it. Planning on waking up early (around 5ish) so I can get to the gym, do my workout, take a shower, get ready for work, and then make it to work on time (if not a bit early which is amazing because the copy machine will be MINE). This largely centers around me being adequately prepared the night before – lunch made, clothes and any supplies ready to go, so I really need to focus on that and actually getting to bed at a decent hour. It’s an ambitious plan. I haven’t made it to the gym at all ever since I started teaching in September. Normally I’d try to start slower than this, but I finally recognized that it’s probably too much to expect to go after work, so now I’m aiming to go before work and setting myself up with a definitive schedule. I’m going to set my alarm and put it all the way on the other side of the room. The snooze button and I are too well-acquainted at this point to trust myself otherwise. I don’t know, wish me luck! Give me advice! Cheer me on! I need it all 😘
